Teresa & Stuart South Africa Honeymoon
After initially being very sceptical of using an independent travel company that we hadn’t heard of we are absolutely thrilled that we used Andrew Rowdon Travel. From start to finish Andrew was friendly, helpful and answered all of our emails containing many many questions and queries without delay. Any worries we hadn’t were put at ease and we had the most amazing and special Honeymoon. A dream come true in all ways. We also used their personalised invitation gift service which enabled our guests to contribute to our honeymoon fund and ultimately covered over half of the cost of the entire honeymoon. We didn’t like the idea of asking friends and family for money donations and this added such a special touch and was much nicer, subtle way of doing so along with our invites.
We cannot recommend Andrew Rowdon Travel highly enough from start to finish; take off to touchdown, it was totally flawless. We had 5 beautiful boutique hotels which were just perfect and many pick ups during our trip which were all on time or early. Very friendly and informative tour guides and the entire attention to details was just superb. We had 2 trips included with our booking; a panoramic tour which was just stunning and an Elephant interaction experience which was absolutely humbling and amazing, just a complete privilege. We were very worried about the elephant interaction as there are so many awful people abusing animals out there but Elephant Whispers was a true sanctuary for these majestic animals. They are truly loved and their needs come above the guests that visit which is the way is definitely should be, and we can’t thank Andrew enough for doing his research so that we could experience this beautiful animal interaction and know that we are not contributing to something awful, but supporting something so special and magical.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in using Andrew again for a special getaway and can’t recommend highly enough.
