Your gift list worked very smoothly and was a lot more hassle-free than the Debenhams!
(Honeymoon in Mauritius July 2013)
Andrew was a true gent to deal with!
He took the time to come to our house and learn about our travel experiences and wishes.
In the year or so leading up to the wedding, there is so much to organise and worry about.
Therefore, it was really nice to be able to call on someone with Andrew’s experience to take care of everything.
Following one pleasant and comprehensive meeting, he had provided us with a shortlist of holiday options which matched our requirements and, within the week, we had chosen our destination and dates. Andrew then took care of absolutely everything. He hand-delivered the flight, transfer and accommodation tickets a week before the wedding (he’d even upgraded us to a VIP lounge at the airport) and that was it! – meaning that we were able to apply our full concentration to the organisation of the wedding. The wedding day itself was amazing and we were able to enjoy it knowing that we had the holiday of a lifetime waiting for us just a few days later.
We had an absolutely amazing time thanks! You were spot on and we couldn’t bring ourselves to actually venture away from the resort because it was so beautiful and had everything we needed, plenty of sun and sea and amazing food and drink!!
Weather was good. A couple of wet/mild days but mostly 25 ish and the breeze only really hit you once you were off the beach, which was in fact really nice as it kept us cool when we weren’t sunbathing.
Alice was more than happy as we both got pretty tanned!
The gift list worked well – we received a combination of honeymoon gifts, gifts from the Debenhams giftlist and vouchers/money so it was nice to be able to provide different options to our guests. one – they were a nightmare and we had to go in on 3/4 occasions to sort our errors they’d made despite the service purportedly being an ‘online’ one – the Ipswich store and the central department operate separately and so the system/service is pretty poor!
Cheers Andrew
