Our honeymoon was fantastic, not really sure where to start! Singapore is a wonderful place to visit, so much to do (we’ll probably go back) but we packed in as much we could with early mornings and late nights. The hotel was fantastic, to say it’s a landmark in Singapore is putting it midly 😀 can’t fault it from quality of the hotel, the staff, food, atmosphere, just everything about it. Our transfers were all great too, drivers very helpful.
Bali was incredible, what a destination. Both Samaya resorts were great in their own ways – the villas are very private but sufficiently close to other amenities. Ubud was such a special place while Seminyak is a great coastal resort – Ubud’s monkey forest was amazing and the sunsets on the coast were quite a sight. We were able to have day trips from each location too so we could see what Bali has to offer.
The gift list was a really good idea and it was great to see how our guests took to using it. It was clear that many of them liked the option of buying a particular activity for us to do rather than just be asked to contribute as we’ve seen at other weddings. We are in the process of writing our thank you’s and it’s good that we can now reference specific gifts in our messages (with a photo or two as well).
Our intention was for this to be a trip of a lifetime and it definitely was. We couldn’t have wished for a better honeymoon so thank you for everything.
Overall your service and insight has been very helpful, nothing has been too much trouble and the personal service helped not only because it was new destinations for us but also with it being a special trip.
