Honestly just wow….where do we begin?! We had the most amazing honeymoon and it exceeded all expectations and more. We spent three weeks in literal paradise and already want to return!!
We had a few very busy days in Singapore in which we rather impressively managed to walk the equivalent to half a marathon! There was so much to see and do and we absolutely loved being tourists! What an impressive city it is too, far ahead of time, so clean and just visually beautiful with all its greenery contrasted against its tall buildings!
And then Bali…. wow, we both fell in love! For people who live a very simple life with very minimal luxuries, they are just so happy and content which is so refreshing to see. We left feeling culturally enriched and with a real appreciation for their lifestyles and culture/beliefs. The island is also just so naturally beautiful with its rice fields, mountains, beaches & all the rest! We will 100% be returning.
All our hotels / villas were absolutely beautiful, in great locations and very much deserve the high ratings they have!
We had the most amazing service from the tour guide / transfer company in Bali with Discova. We had the same tour guide for our entire trip and he was just absolutely amazing and made our experience in Bali so special. We got to experience Bali from the perspective of a local and that was just amazing!
All arrangements made by yourself ran so smoothly. From when we had our first meeting / call and you went through all the potential honeymoon destination options, to then sending us very in-depth and helpful portfolios of information on our narrowed down destination list; your level of detail and knowledge was outstanding.
Once we had then decided on our honeymoon destination and booked this, you kept us fully informed of the booking progress. No question was ever too much for yourself and your responses have always been extremely timely / prompt which is always appreciated.
You also were an immense help in providing a wide variety of tour / experience options available to us and our chosen options were then booked by yourself with no issues whatsoever. The descriptions provided for each experience chosen matched exactly what we done on those days which isn’t always the case from prior experiences so this was brilliant!
The level of detail provided in the final itinerary was perfect; everything clearly set out and no confusion whatsoever. You also provided additional information on the countries we were visiting surrounding travel requirements, currencies, adaptor information etc which was so useful so thank you.
Finally, we loved the idea behind the Pandorrah App Gift List and received nothing but good feedback from our guests who used this. They had never seen anything like this and also loved the idea of gifting something more meaningful than just a donation of money.
The app itself from our perspective was very easy and clear to use. It held all our information / documents which was very useful and we made full use of this not only in the lead up but also whilst abroad to check final details etc and had no issues accessing / locating the information we required.
We would like to thank you again for all you done in the lead up to our honeymoon; you made it such a pleasant and easy experience for us. We honestly wouldn’t have been able to book something as amazing as we did without your knowledge and expertise so thank you. We would most definitely love to use your services again for future travel and will definitely be recommending you / the company to all friends and family!
