Hi Andrew,
We have been back a week now and just about got our breath back. What an out of this world holiday. We are so grateful to you for organising it as we would probably not thought of staying in the places you booked if left to our own devices.
The Cataratas Hotel was in an outstanding position, being able to view the Falls when there was virtually no one else around was a real privilege. The Devil’s Throat was closed but that was offset by the volume of water in the Falls.
However the trip to the Pantanal exceeded all expectations. The Lodge had very few visitors which meant our safaris were just me and Kati with a guide and driver. We were amazingly lucky and saw any number of Jaguars with cubs and lots more besides.
The highlight however was the Oncafari day. The guide and driver went above and beyond, the absolute highlight was the night time sighting of a Jaguar which was no more than 5 meters from us. (I have the video as well as the memory).
We have been singing your praises and will recommend you to everyone we know.
