New Zealand Holiday March 2023

We are just back from our fabulous trip to New Zealand. Thank you so much for all of your pre-trip advice and suggestions, also your patience with all of our questions. Our final itinery was just perfect, with every location and all accommodation offering us something so very different, yet always spectacular. We would never have been able to plan such a broad-ranging trip or to find such wonderful hotels and views without your help and knowledge, all after just one on-line meeting! You also paced it just right for us, so that we had just enough time to explore before moving on. We appreciated the way you managed short car journeys to almost all of our destinations. We also found the Go Travel Wallet most useful, everything in one place and always accessible from our phones.
It would be difficult to have a poor holiday in such a fabulous location, but we think that the true test of a great travel agent comes with how they step up to deal with incidents occurring beyond anyone’s control. We would like to thank you and everyone involved for being accessible and for providing us with support during the states of emergency declared in the North Island, due to the terrible floods and cyclone Gabrielle; and for the efficient manner in which our ferry journey across the Cook Strait was rebooked, following mechanical difficulties: we heard of many travellers who were not so fortunate.
We fell in love with everything about this spectacular country and everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. We couldn’t pick a favourite location, we just loved it all.
