From our first meeting to our last and for every phone call and email in between, Andrew was professional and did everything he could to help us design and plan the best Honeymoon we could wish for.
We had initially planned to go somewhere different to where we ended up going, but during our first meeting with Andrew, he asked us a number of questions about who we are, what we like to do when away and what we would like to get out of our Honeymoon. Our responses allowed him to use his knowledge and experience to suggest the perfect multicentre Honeymoon – Denis Island, Seychelles; Sainte Anne Island, Seychelles and Dubai.
Once booked, Andrew promptly responded to every question we asked him by email, even when we decided to send an email late at night, the reply would be there waiting for us by the time we woke up the following morning. You can’t ask for a better service than that!
We opted to use the Gift List service that is offered by Andrew and this went down very well with our guests as they found it great to be able to buy a gift for us to enjoy on Honeymoon. The service is fully customisable and it allows you to have in there the experiences of a lifetime that you would like to do.
Prior to leaving, we met with Andrew once more where he handed over to us all of our documentation, travel advice and our itinerary. This was clear and concise and really helped our Honeymoon flow nicely.
The great customer service did not stop there, whilst we were away on Honeymoon we had a couple of queries about things that we had booked so we decided to email Andrew. As always he responded very quickly and things were resolved before we knew it!
All in all, the service and advice that we received from Andrew Rowdon was second to none and we would thoroughly recommend him, and plan to use him again in the future.
